I am a mother of two. I have lived independently since I was 17. After having my second daughter, I was made redundant from a high security print factory. I decided to go to college and gained level 2 and 3 in teaching and learning while I volunteered for a year within my children's school. I then went to work for a care agency for almost three years where I had progressed to a senior management roll. Sadly, it became too stressful and wasn't creating a happy balance at home. I am now wanting to work more independently so I can create a happy home/work balance.
