In the short time that Kerry has been helping to care for my mother she has established a good rapport with the family. At this stage her duties have centered on providing the companionship and household management needed for a person with very poor cognitive ability and at this she has proved very capable. She has demonstrated good reliability, judgement and initiative and we feel entirely confident in leaving Kerry in sole charge for day and night care over periods of several days.
