I previously worked for a care home company in Stockport , my role was Care Home Manager and was registered with the Care Quality Commission. I worked in the company for 19yrs starting as a care assistant and worked my way through the company A part of the role was ensuring compliance with infection control in all areas of the care home and ensuring high standards were maintained by management and supervision of the Housekeeping team. Starting my own business has always been a dream of mine., And I can’t think of anything more satisfying as I love cleaning and would often help out the HouseKeeping team and would always carry a flat comfortable pair of shoes in the boot of my car so I could change ,as heels are really not ideal !
