Jo is working for us since January 2016. The house is spotless after she leaves and she does far beyond what is expected. She will take initiative and organise things around the house to ensure the house looks clean and tidy, she helps to keep garage clean and helps with our rubbish, too. She has a kind, generous and caring personality and we all feel she is like a family member now. Jo never was late for work and never missed work due to being sick, she is very reliable, responsible, punctual, honest and diligent. I wish Jo all the best in finding some clients for extra hours when she is not working for us.
