I started working in Care when I was 17 supporting individuals within a Nursing Home. To gain more experience I also worked within Residential homes, home care, end of life care and supporting individuals with learning disabilities. Whilst working in these environments I gained my Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care amoungst various qualifications. At the age of 24 I began training as a NVQ Assessor and supported care staff to gain their qualification in Health and Social Care. I am now 31 and was recently made redundant within a training company. I am looking to support individuals within their home. I have an up to date DBS which can be seen. I am passionate about ensuring each person gets the support they need or want. I am extremely reliable and organised.
