Hired her on the weekly basis and agreed first time to do 4 hours. Paid her what she was asking and on top of it she changed oven cleaning £35. She come with another lady, did 2,5 hours including cleaning oven and they charged it £100. Cleaning was hit and miss, definitely she didn't do what we agreed earlier. When I questioned, her she started lying and twisting. After several ridiculous massages I said, no problem, I don't want to continue employing person who is twisting and manipulating our agreement, she went silent and never responded to return house key, which she took first time she come in. Overall I would not recommend anyone to go though that horrible experience that I been thought!
