She came once to discuss what we wanted, seemed happy to accept. Lockdown came so delayed start, texted on morning of when she was to come to advise car parking available on drive when she came, reply received to say thanks. Then that's it!! Nothing. Not even a courtesy message to say she wouldn't be coming after all. Not at all professsional.
