my name is fay ..I have been a care giver for the last 15 yrs to my mother ..I worked in the private sector of cleaning in peoples homes before that for many yrs and also help look after employers elderly mother ..I also worked in a care home for 24 yrs from the age of 18 ..working as a carer for 15 psychiatric clients on permanent night shift ..so I have a bit of experience working with elderly and understanding their needs .aswell as befriending them ..and being socially active with them ..and helping them feel less lonely .
