Emma has been a resounding success for my parents, who really value her input, flexibility and calm, kind manner. She has now looked after my parents for several weeks, showing patience, professionalism and kindness towards my father, who has vascular dementia, and coping with the many demands of my mother, who is recovering from a broken leg. She displays an excellent team spirit, as she works in a team with other carers, and she is highly proactive, suggesting ideas and improvements to ease the care situation. I would thoroughly recommend her.
