She seemed pleasant and very complying. Before going on holiday she wanted to clean the house once, on her return we can set a regular day. We can pay her as we go along she prefers cash in hand. She cleaned in my absence it was very disappointing the house did not look or feel clean. On her return she sent me her bank details. I made a payment and the next day I received a very rude message saying no payment has been made and if she did not get her money she will keep coming to my door until she got her money. There was a technical issue at the bank and I advised her of the same but she kept texting me accusing me of lying. I finally had to ask her to stop texting me or I will report her to the police she needs to be calm. She sent me another text and said the money was £15 not £12 I did not quibble as I wanted to end the matter. The payment was sorted by the bank. She is not reliable, does not show any patience becomes aggressive instantly her work is also a very disappointing.
