• Whilst relatively new to domestic cleaning, I have over 20 years professional cleaning experience. My background is in hotel cleaning and hotel housekeeping management in 3 and 4 star deluxe hotels. Over my career, I’ve worked for many hotels. • I have NVQ Level 3 in cleaning. • I am a Member of the British Institute of Cleaning Science professional body. • I have been DBS checked and have a clean police record. • I am fully insured and have a comprehensive Public Liability Insurance policy. • I provide all my own cleaning materials and equipment. All electrical equipment is PAT tested regularly to ensure it is safe to use • I have had Dementia Awareness training. • I have had Autism Awareness training. • I have had Safeguarding of Vulnerable People training. • I aim to provide a strong working relationship with my customers, to ensure they have total confidence that their home and belongs are in safe hands when I come to work there.
