Diana is an absolute joy to work with. She has been working with our family for 3 months now and we couldn't live without her. She keeps the house to an excellent standard and is an absolutely amazing cook. She is 100% reliable and trustworthy and is very autonomous (figuring out what needs to be done proactively and then doing it well). Once you have shown Diana what you need, she will then use her initiative on an ongoing basis to tackle whatever needs to be done - quickly, efficiently and with a cheerful, positive demeanour.
