I am hardworking, helpful, resourceful and an independent worker but also a team player. I have had a range of experience when working in my role as a cleaner in the school. I have to clean my own areas and I also take initiative to help out my other colleagues when they are behind. I have also been given extra responsibilities such as training up new members of staff. I take pride in my work and am able to be flexible to the routines of the day. I also have experience with gardening as I volunteered with my father who owns a gardening business and I am a very quick learner so I am able to adapt to new rules, tasks and can also help out in other areas if needs be.
