Dear Sir/Madam, I am currently seeking a position as a Property Manager - Domestic, to co-ordinate and resolve problems which may arise relating to your client’s current property portfolio.  I returned to London from Dubai after 12 years, working for one of the Middle East's most reputable architectural practices.  Whilst there, I oversaw the management of more than twenty properties – villas, apartments and offices, which involved a considerable amount of co-ordination between the tenants, the landlord and numerable contractors – the latter at times having to be called upon with little notice depending on the type and severity of the maintenance problem brought to my attention. Since returning, I have managed the refurbishment of two luxury properties in Chelsea, the fit-out of new offices in Holborn and the refurbishment of apartments in the Kensington and Earls Court areas. I am keen to become involved in assisting others in the domestic realm - inside or out.
