I have two friends with disabilities who I have assisted with house keeping on many occasions over the past 3 years, such as vacuum cleaning, dish washing, laundry, bathroom cleaning, grocery shopping, tidying, bin sorting, and much more. I also have 3 months experience of professionally cleaning cat kennels at an RSPCA shelter. Keeping a space tidy and clean is extremely important for physical as well as mental health, which I'm very passionate about as a biomedicine student.
