Well hello there and thanks for taking interest in my profile! In brief, I've recently set up my own cleaning business following a background of working within customer service, housing and animal care. My specialisms lie in providing cleaning services to small-medium sized venues (i.e., offices, barbers, estate agents, catteries etc) and end of tenancy cleans. My passion lies in delivering high quality customer service at a budget friendly price and I take immense pride in my work, making sure that customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything I do. The business is predominantly family-run and made up of a strong, neurodivergent team which is something we pride ourselves on. We also do charitable, community-based work. Although the business will always have plans to scale, we will never do anything that impacts the quality or customer service of our work. If a FEMALE cleaner is required, please specify. Whilst we provide basic cleaning equipment, due to avoiding the spread of allergens etc, we would request that you supply your own hoovers, mops etc.
