My main job is adult social care which I have done for 12 years. Alongside this I have regular cleaning jobs in the Truro area (some for 4 years) which also includes picking up shopping, prescriptions and any other jobs that are requested. I also do garden clearance, weeding and tidying of outside spaces. During the summer months I work at the Killow Lodges and Golf club Estate carrying out holiday lodge change overs at the five star eco lodges.. This will be my 4th season.
