Caren is a lovely, bubbly, caring and very professional person. We engaged Caren in December to assist with Joy who is 91 and living at home assisted, we needed someone for respite. Joy got very confused and upset at first being we were not around but Caren reassured her, made her feel safe and kept us up to date at the same time too. Caren offered companionship, personal care, assistance to bed, anything that Joy needed. She even did the washing. Everything was logged down for us so we could see what was done. We would definitely engage Caren again and thoroughly recommend her the caring service she gives 100%
