• Housekeeping duties such as cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas to the brand standard set by the company • Providing excellent experience for the customer through clean rooms and greeting guests with a positive attitude • Supporting and encouraging fellow team members to create a positive and productive work environment • Polishing, sweeping, mopping and emptying bins • Performing deep cleans, skirting boards, windows and tiles • Meeting and greeting customer who have come to check in to their rooms • Checking in and Checking out customers • Conducted health and Safety Checks as well as Fire Safety checks to ensure regulations
