I have over 20 years experience cleaning care homes, offices, homes and hospitals. I am reliable and efficient and have great attention to detail. I pride myself on doing the best job I can and I would never leave a home or office etc if it wasn’t finished too the highest standard. Alongside cleaning I have also done some caring for the elderly whilst working in the care homes. I enjoy getting to know people and supporting them to do what they need to do. I also enjoy the social element of this and getting to know the people I am caring for to better understand them. I have most recently received training and therefore certificates in COSHH risk assessment, the effective use of PPE, moving and handling and infection control. I have always done this type of work and have done this alongside raising 4 children which mean I have had to have good organisation and time management skills and I’m good at working to a deadline. I have worked as part of larger teams before and completely independently and I am happy to do either. I am very much self motivated and I think if a job is worth doing then it has to be done to the best of your ability and done well.
