I've been a private nanny and agency nanny for 6 years and with every family I've worked with I've help with household chores. My father does janitorial services and when he needs extra help I have gone with him. As well as some of my aunts who are maids. With some families I have been more of an assistant where I help the family make new organizing methods (especially those with children) along with helping cook meals and shopping for them. My most common services with families are dishes, laundry, dusting, sweeping/vacuuming, reorganizing and making beds. More services can be discussed as well.
