Alison provides the highest standard of housekeeping care and conscientiousness that I have come across. She has looked after me, my animals and my house for several years - sometimes in times of great stress. She has a thoughtful approach and is very considerate of the peculiarities of my house and way of doing things. I know she is really attentive to the all people and the animals that she cares for. She is particularly intuitive and happy to use her initiative - to great effect. She is always prepared to go a step beyond what's expected - or several. I would trust her with anything.
