In very simple terms I’m an extra pair of hands available for you to help navigate the pitfalls and inconveniences of adulting! Nobody taught us how to be a grown up and it is not only be stressful, but can have a real impact on our mental and physical health! I work in the NHS full time during the week, but am available at weekends and public holidays to help you get through your ‘To Do’ list, and am more than willing to do the jobs you’ve been putting off or are not sure where to start! I’m particularly good at life admin and organisation! Am available for one off jobs, to be your body double to get stuff done, or for more regular arrangements.
