Although I do not have any professional experience of doing any gardening or house hold work. Back home in India, I would always help my dad clean the house, carpets, move furniture, water the garden, help in planting, take care of the pets and do what was necessary at all. So, even though I input 0 professional experience, I feel like I have over 4-5 years of experiencing the same at home. I hope that counts :)
