With my 18 years working as a carer,4 years in the residential & nursing homes and 12 years as a live in carer. I've worked with elderly ,with Alzheimer's, Parkison's disease, Dementia ,End-of-life, disabilities and those who only need companionship. It has led me to approach each client and their families with a holistic and individual approach. One of my strengths is my ability to adapt to each client's unique needs, recognising that every individual requires a personalized approach.
