I am currently working at a residential home for ladies, but would really like to widen my knowledge and work with both genders, and with dementia, as the home I'm working at doesn't really deal with dementia or Alzheimer's. As much as I love my job, I really feel I have a lot more to give and would like to start doing my NVQ's. I love going home, knowing I've helped people and put a smile on their face. I am really dedicated to my job and see the ladies as my own family, whilst being professional about it.
