I am currently working with adults with learning disabilities supporting individuals to remain as independent as they can supporting with money management, supporting to and from friends/family and appointments and helping the individuals to remain part of their community. Before this i was a full time carer for my nan who had vascular dementia, delirium and depression I supported her at home with personal care, money management to and from appointments and shopping, I worked in a nursing home with 64 residents and have also done domicillery care.
