Zita has been an excellent carer for my elderly mother who has dementia. She has been sensitive to my Mother's needs, she seems to always know the right thing to say to encourage my Mother, making her feel safe and cared for. It took no time at all for Zita to learn about the best ways to encourage her to eat well and keep her cheerful. Zita was very reliable and punctual and made sure that all medication was given at the right time. Athough my Mother was not always easy to care for, Zita always rose to the challenge. I knew that my Mother was receiving the very best care with Zita and I recommend her highly to anyone who requires a carer.
