Reliable, flexible and open minded individual with a wide field of experience within the care sector. I have looked after service users with learning difficulties, drug and alcohol issues, dementia, end of life, hospital discharges and so on. This means that when it comes to care I am very adaptable to the persona requirements and there is very little I can’t do. I believe there is always a way to say yes and make sure person centred care is provided for all. If there is something I do not know then I am always happy to learn as I believe everyone deserves help and to be the best we must alway strive to be improving ourselves.
