Our ambition is to deliver bespoke domiciliary services and personal assistant support for young adults (18+) with disabilities and older adults (65+) within their own homes, to access the community for social activities and for recreational purposes. Older adults’ services: • We aim to provide home care support in the comfort of your own home that promotes you to continuing living independently as far possible. For example, on discharge from hospital or you are already in your home and needing a little help or long-term support. • Such as personal care; dressing, meal preparation and administering medication, respite which gives them a break from their caring role; companionship, domestic services, correspondence and paying bills. • Support to attendance hospital appointments and for social activities of own choice. We also provide live-in care and support 24/7 within your own home.
