Longway Avenues (LA) Care Ltd is a Social Care Provider based in Greater Manchester with offices in Heywood and St Helens. We provide Housing Support for people with Learning Disability and enduring Mental Health diagnosis. The organisation was established in 2021 and regulated by CQC in 2022. We deliver Supported Living, Live in care and Domiciliary Care to adults between the age of 18 and 65 years old. We are committed to delivering a person-centred care, putting people we support at the heart of everything we do and delivering help and support when needed.
