After graduating from Medical College in Kaunas, Lithuania, I worked over 10 years as midwife. I also studied at College of Foreign Languages and Management, have a Bachelor degree in this field. I have experience working with the elderly people and taking care of disabled patients (stroke, paralysis) in Lithuania as well as in UK. My experience as Live In Carer: with clients with following conditions: Learning disabilities, Physical disabilities (Primary), Frailty & Physical/Sensory disabilities (Secondary). Down‘s Syndrome and everything in relation to the daily routine of such a client. Vascular Dementia, Diabetes type II, COPD, Hypertension Alzheimer‘s disease. Experience with palliative and EOL care plan. Experience : Use of Electric wheelchair, wheelchair, commode, electric ceiling hoist, manual hoist, standing hoist, shower, full body wash in bed, strip wash, pad changing, medication-prompting, administering, inhalation, feeding and similar, as well as doctor visiting, shopping for client/with client. Experience working in double ( when needed second carer to help), assignments with 2 carers ( 2 Live in carers) full time.
