I have worked with elderly people for around 10 years, I have experience in personal care, basic food preparation, administration of medication and supporting in the community, I also have experience of getting shopping and taking people to appointments in the local area as I am not a driver. I provide a person centered approach and build a good rapport with those who I care for. I have had previously had DBS checks which have been all clear and level 3 health and social care
