Hello. I have been working in the Care sector for 2+years, as a Live in Carer. My experience thus far has been very varied. Clients both male and female, couples and families in situ. All age groups from 40's to 80+. Experince includes dementia and short term memory issues, mobility issues from medium to severe, needing hoisting, transfers using seated to standing devices, sliding boards, turntable devices, and all manner of wheelchairs. Full personal care, including the desired extras, nail and haircare etc. I am a good cook and can bake. Light house work and laundry etc. English is my home language, and I have a clear spoken voice, very good command of the language, and enjoy good intelligent conversation where possible. I consider myself to be a patient and highly resilient personality, and the client's independence is paramount, within safeguarding guidelines. I have a very good sense of humour, and enjoy intetaction with the client, their friends and family. I own a car and have a clean driving record. All certificates are up to date including DBS. I am double vaccinated (Pfizer).
