I have more than 12 years of experience working as a nursing assistant. Both with the NHS and different private sectors. Currently, I am working as an bank staff member in Grimsby hospital. I have both mental health and general care experience. I have my National Vocational Qualification level 3 in health and social care. I am known as a friendly and sensitive individual who has a lot of experience working as part of a team. As well as somebody who is dedicated to making a real difference in a patient’s life. I always ensure a patient-orientated approach in the delivery of any care I am involved in, and I am fully committed to clients under my care. I greatly enjoy the relationship-building aspect of the job, in particular, forming bonds that help me to care for them on a deeper level and be more attentive to their specific needs.
