An excellent carer... Trish took on our request at very short-notice to look after my wife. Very good initial communication, responded quickly to all my calls and messages. Trish is very reliable, punctual but above all a genuine caring person. She is an endearing friendly person, my wife felt at ease immediately. Trish very quickly worked out the help needed without being over-helpful. That said, nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to look after my wife and make her feel comfortable. Overall, a wonderful carer, genuinely dedicated to the caring profession.
