I have over twenty years experience working in the “Health & Social Care” sector. (Learning disabilities, Dual Diagnosis, elderly, young, mental health and Challenging behaviour) During this time I managed medication, Spinal Injury, Health and safety, admin staff and finance. My duties also included inducting training and supervising permanent and temporary staff and attending meetings. Through working in the health sector and obtaining appropriate qualification, this has enabled me to deliver workshops, vocational training and long distance tutoring. Such as, Dementia awareness, Challenging Behaviour. Health and safety awareness, SOVA, Infection control, food hygiene, first aid awareness and Common induction standards.
