I have worked in care for over 12 years. I have a CQC DBS and i am fully insured and can provide references. My experience includes hands on care, assessment of clients office work including rotas and recruitment. My skill set is Dementia and feel anyone i care for should have a choice of what they require . This may include personal care social inclusion, shopping cleaning, companionship. Kindness and patience is a big part of care and empathy is a must.
