I have worked in a care home providing care and support for those living with dementia, and nursing needs and paliative care. I was activity coordinator and had relevant training and certificatesvas required by the home. Liaise with colleagues and proffessionals associated with those in our care. Familiar with individual care plans, and reported on changes and concerns. Was companion to residents, helped with personal care and their mental well-being. Communicated with families. Escorted on hospital and medical appointments, shopping trips. I engage in conversation, and love to sing!
