Experienced ex NHS employee having 10 yrs+ with a further 15 years as a Care team leader in a residential home specialising in dementia care. My role as a Nursing Care Co-ordinator with the Countess trust was challenging and extremely rewarding meeting people on a daily basis offering support and organising care, liaising with social workers/GP practices and all other agencies ensuring all elements of care are prioritised for all individuals.
