I am 23 years old and I live in Newmarket. I have been working in the care industry for 5 years and have worked with nursing, residential and dementia patients. I have experience in person centred care and delivering the best quality of life to others. I always complete my training on time and have gained so much experience in the last 5 years. I would love to work in peoples homes and provide the best care that I can give. I believe that everyone should be treated fairly and equally. I am always striving to learn new qualities about others, and always read care plans to know more about the person I am looking after, and even create conversation and a good professional relationship towards the person I care for. I am open, and honest and will do my best to help the individual with any advice. I also have worked in a team for the last 5 years and enjoy meeting new people.
