Hi my name Tiffany I'm 28 with 10 years experience working within care. My experience ranges from care assistant, care team manager within a residential home and community care officer working for the local government. I have experience working with people who are living Dementia. I'm a mother to 3 young boys and live with my husband in Aylesbury. I enjoy going for walks, shopping, coffee and cake. I am happy to support with whatever a person may need from companionship, appointments, shopping, medication prompt, personal care, domestic tasks and supporting with meals.
