During my work experience I have worked with clients with different situations, Autism,learning disabilities, clients with frailities and challenges bcoz of aging ,illness and successfully helped them to achieve certain levels of independence in decision making and activities of daily living.Interacted well with friends and families for the good of clients,created a good rapport with service users,Clinically improved the welfare of clients by properly administering care plans .
