After your initial contact with our office we can arrange for Thomas to come and visit you in your own home. Thomas will discuss with you what you feel your needs are and arrange with you a care package specifically tailored to you. Carried out by fully trained and CRB checked carers to help you to maintain your independence and quality of life. Your family members can be involved in this process and are welcome to be there for the visit. Thomas will then return to the office and set up the package of care for you to start. This can be as quickly as 24hrs after the visit. Once you are receiving our service, Thomas will monitor your package, carrying out reviews three monthly in the beginning and then to six monthly. Thomas is also available to be contacted at any time through the office if you have any concerns or queries.
