I provide special care for dementia patients and standard care for patients within the community. This involves going to the patient's home to provide personal care and medication, cook their meals when needed, and assist with all day to day chores, plus the use of equipments when needed. I also liaise with the patient's GP and the district nurses when required. In my current role, I also look after all other patient needs and illnesses. I am trained in Palliative Care and have an NVQ 2 in Care.
