LIVE IN CARER/CARE ASSISTANT An experienced adaptable, conscious, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with experience of implementing personal support plans which focus on the individual’s welfare, needs, wants and interests. Supports clients to live as independently as possible by implementing effective programmes to help develop skills and abilities that allow them to participate in their local communities. Constantly maintaining and demonstrating a positive attitude, effective communication skills towards clients, their families, staff, visitors and others. Comfortable working in one-to-one situations with people of varying levels of disability and all ages.
