My interests are camping, dancing, fishing, needlework, and socialising. I have experiences in nursing/residential homes, domiciliary care working with people, with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, MS, cancer care, and end of life care. I have an NVQ 2, have a D.B.S. 28/01/21. I have completed tasks in all aspects of personal care, medication trained, respite sits, shopping, transfer tasks, with the Oxford hoist, and ceiling track hoist, electric stand aids, and turning stands. Have been working in care for 24 years, I am also in my ninth year, of running my own Care Service, (One to One Care. 1 to 1 private carer. Care has always been in my life, from a child, due to having a disabled brother in the family, and have enjoyed all the care I have been involved. I have found it extremely rewarding, having felt I have made a difference to someone else"s life.
