I am very caring and have a soft heart for people, especially the elderly. I looked after my grandad after he had a hip replacement and was on a walker and wheelchair. I am a qualified Personal Trainer, and have looked after many of my older lady clients through their health and lifestyle journey, emotionally and mentally.
