The last few years I have been working as a Chef and hostess on Super yachts. I am able to move and work anywhere in the UK if needed. I have an extensive array of meals that I enjoy preparing though this is not the focus of this position. The superyacht industry requires the ability to perform at a very high standard, to deal with difficult and unexpected situations , to work under tremedous pressure often for 17 hours a day for months at a time all with a smile and a can do attitude . You are relied upon often with no support as no one else can easily cover your tasks . A yacht requires all services that I can expect you to require for the efficient running of a home and care, from provisioning through laundry and meal preparation. Some of my owners were elderly requiring care and I was the designated medical help on most yachts I served on. My mother had diabetes and required help and daily injections. My partners mother needed help for some months with cancer and hip replacement procedures. I like caring for people and in addition to quality food and household chores it's nice to engage with mental and physical care .
