10years experience love my job love being able to light up somone else's life being there to give them company activities going on outtings shopping ect I do all personal care....I use all my national care standards on a daily basis I treat everyone the same and equal with dignity and respect the way I want to be treated like to..I also try my best to promote independence as much as I can. I have a permanent job which is 4 on 4 off so ideally somone who would work along that.
